All stones are
warranted for the life of the RX.
Manufactures
products coupons are accepted: Varilux,
Reflection Free, VIP, etc. The employee discount
is not offered in conjunction with a
manufacture's lens coupon.
A 25% prompt
payment discount will be offered on prescriptions
for employees on most designs. The person
responsible for payment (the employee, the
doctor, the office manager, etc.) should be
designated at time of ordering the glasses. This
discount is applied to the base cost of the RX.
Additional services do not apply. The employee
discount is not offered in conjunction with other
promotions or a manufactures lens coupon. Payment
must be received prior to shipment to receive the
25% discount.
Remakes due to
Dr.'s error or progressive non-adapt-adapt can be
remade at no charge (clear lenses, No jewels,
facets, polished edges, etc.) per manufacturer's
warranty, up to 90 days after original billing
date. Recreation of jeweled lenses will be billed
at a labor only fee of $85.00 up to 90 days after
original billing date. (charge is for labor only)
Charges for additional services will still apply
(AR coating, etc.)
AR Coat
Warranty - per manufacturer: Strip & recoat @
no charge up to two years from date of purchase.
However Billy Brock, C.O is not reimbursed in any
way for labor expenses to remove existing stones,
package & chip overnight express to coating
lab, overnight express back, replace & reset
new Austrian crystal stones, or priority shipping
back to account. Therefore, a $45.00 fee is
charged only to cover expenses incurred.
SCRATCH
RESISTANT COATING (SRC) Warranty: Plastic lenses
are coated by manufacturer on front surface only,
and can be scratched. If coating is defective
(hairline scratches, crazing of coating) lenses
can be remade once at no charge (clear lens, No
jewels, facets, polished edges, etc.) per
manufacturer's warranty, up to one year after
original billing date. Recreation of jeweled
lenses will be billed at a labor only fee of
$85.00 up to one year after original billing
date. (charge is for labor only) Charges for
additional services will still apply (AR coating,
etc.)
"Sparkles"
may be produced on existing lenses at a flat fee.
Payment must accompany the job. Drill mount
frames will also be charged the drill mount fee.
